We show a novel architecture for massively parallel FMCW LiDAR based on multiheterodyne mixing of two triangular chirped soliton microcombs generated in integrated Si3N4 microresonators using a single laser source and a single coherent receiver. We demonstrate a proof of concept experiment with 5.6 MPix/s acquisition rates. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
