We demonstrate continuous-wave parametric amplifier w ith a 1 40 n m gain bandwidth spanning the optical S,C, and L-bands and up to 25 dB off-chip net-gain in a dispersion engineered gallium phosphide-on-insulator (GaPOI) waveguide with up to 160 mW output power.
