We perform optical frequency division of an ultra-stable laser by using a crystalline-based Kerr frequency comb as a transfer oscillator. We demonstrate absolute phase noise levels of -110 dBc/Hz at 200-Hz offset from a 14 GHz carrier. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
