Energy Confinement in Shaped TCV Plasmas with Electron Cyclotron Heating
1999
ECA, Europhysics Conference Abstracts
The effects of plasma shape on confinement and sawtooth stability are studied for positive and negative discharge triangularity and for different elongations with 1.5 MW centrally deposited ECH power

Note
Energy confinement enhancement at negative triangularity. Normalising the density reducies dispersion, thus linear regression fits well all the available data till delta -0.6 in OH, till -0.3 with central ECH. β values are also higher at negative triangularities in both ohmic and ECH cases.
