I am an evolutionary ecologist and conservation biologist interested in understanding how natural populations have adapted to their environments. I apply spatial statistics and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to address questions in molecular ecology, focusing on the importance of spatial scale on the distributions of individuals (species distribution models) and genes (landscape genomics) across heterogeneous landscapes.
