The wearable device (1) includes -a structure (2) comprising a support (3) suitable to be worn on shoulders of a user, a profile (4) connected to the support (3) and movable with respect to the support (3), and at least one actuator (5) to move the profile (4) with respect to the support (3), in use over the neck of the user; -a controller configured to drive the at least one actuator (5) for setting a position of the profile (4) with respect to the support (3) in order to limit at least one movement of the cervical spine.
