Pseudoproline libraries for tuning inhibitors of SH3 domain mediated protein-protein interactions
2001
Peptides: The Wave of the Future, Proceedings of the Second International and the Seventeenth American Peptide Symposium, San Diego, CA, United States, June 9-14, 2001
A symposium report. Pseudoprolines such as Ser, Thr, Cys derived proline-ring structures with enhanced inherent properties of L-Pro were used to evaluate ligand receptor interaction of Pro-rich peptides. The generation of pseudoproline-libraries exhibiting enhanced proline properties allows for rapid screening of a large no. of proline-rich peptides in the search of potent inhibitors of Src homol. (SH3)-mediated interactions. [on SciFinder (R)]
