Fabrication of Suspended Microchannel Resonators With Two-Photon Based 3D Printer

The objective of this project is to optimize the fabrication of suspended microchannels with thin walls and design the fluidic network communicating with the channels, for fluidic delivery and experiments. The project comprise the design of the channel, their fabrication using a two photon based additive manufacturing and the characterization using the scanning electron microscope and laser vibrometer.
