The invention relates to a system (13) for moving a lying patient (P) from a first position to a second position according to a controlled motion comprising a back sheet, a front sheet, each comprising two lateral edges (L1, L2). The system (13) comprises sheet fixing means (1) placed on said lateral edges for fixing a portion of the front sheet edge with an opposite corresponding portion of the back sheet edge. The two lateral edges (L1, L2) of the front sheet are fixed by the fixing means (1) with the corresponding opposite lateral edges of the back sheet. When the fastening means (11) are fastened with the fixing means which fix one of the lateral edges of the back sheet with the corresponding opposite lateral edge of the front sheet, the actuation of the lever (14) allows to move the patient (P) according to the controlled motion.
