Analysis and Optimization of CO2-networks

Dia, Dieynaba A.
February 3, 2017

This project has been motivated by the desire to provide a sustainable thermal energy network combining low environmental impact, high energy efficiency and high profitability. It suggests alternative optimal scenarios to satisfy the heating and cooling demand for buildings located in a district of Switzerland in full expansion and modernization. In the perspective of the future Solar Decathlon integration in this zone, its possible im- plementation within the best network scenario has been investigated to identify the future possible combination of this two sustainable systems represented by the CO2 network and the Solar decathlon pavilion.
