Der Weg der globalen Klimapolitik führt über den Technologietransfer mit China und Indien
Die internationale Klimapolitik wird sich in Zukunft deutlich stärker als beim Kyoto-Protokoll der Entwicklung und gemeinsamen Nutzung von Technologien widmen müssen. Dabei stehen besonders die CO2-Abscheidung und -Speicherung im Vordergrund. Ohne diese Technologien werden Länder wie China und Indien ihre Treibhausgasemissionen nicht reduzieren können. Eine Herausforderung ist auch die mit globalen Problemen verbundene Biotreibstoff-Produktion. Der nachfolgende Artikel untersucht das Potential, aber auch die Hindernisse eines Abschlusses von internationalen Abkommen über den Transfer solcher Technologien.
