EMC standards in field of radio communication exist at both national and international level. Due to the rapid integration process in the world economy, a continuos improvement of these standards in agreement with the international requirements is necessary, taking sometimes into account some national specificities. The paper will present some similarities and differences between the existing Russian, IEC, CENELEC and ETSI standards and ITU-R recommendations in the field of EMC for radio communication. The aim of the paper is to share the experience of the authors with specialist from other countries who are coordinating national standards with existing or in development international documents.
