This dataset includes: A PDF document explaining the performed permittivity measurements of different salt solutions (PBS and EBSS) and cell culture media (DMEM, DMEM+10% FBS, RPMI and RPMI + 10% FBS) that are often used in cell culture experiments as well as the recipes for tissue phantoms of blood, cartilage, cerebrospinal fluid, colon, cornea, heart, kidney, liver, muscle, pancreas, small intestine and stomach at room temperature for different frequency bands. CSV and EXCEL files with the permittivity measurements of the different salt solutions (PBS and EBSS) and cell culture media (DMEM, DMEM+10% FBS, RPMI and RPMI + 10% FBS) at storage (9ºC), room (21ºC) and culture (37ºC) temperature. CSV and EXCEL files with the permittivity measurements of the proposed tissue phantoms of blood, cartilage, cerebrospinal fluid, colon, cornea, heart, kidney, liver, muscle, pancreas, small intestine and stomach at room temperature for different frequency bands.
