Polarization-Sensitive Nanowire Terahertz Receivers: From Laboratory Research to Industry
November 9, 2025
2025 IEEE Photonics Conference (IPC)
Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) has wide applications. Polarization-resolved THz-TDS is considered more powerful as it provides insights into the anisotropic properties of materials. Nanowire-based THz photoconductive receivers, capable of measuring the full THz polarization state, hold the potential to make polarization-resolved THz-TDS widely accessible.
