Tomography of Red Blood Cells by Multiple-Wavelength Digital Holographic Microscopy
2009
We present a method enabling cell-tomography by multiple-wavelength digital holographic microscopy. 20 reflection-holograms between 485 and 670 nm are sequentially acquired, then the wavefronts are summed to obtain 3-D tomographic reconstruction of red blood cells.
