Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is a genetic disorder characterized by numerous fluid-filled cysts that frequently result in end-stage renal disease. We therefore evaluated the diagnostic value of Fetuin-A as a new biomarker of ADPKD in human urine.
