Beamforming of a microphones array

Decoster, Kévin Marc Jean
2015

Beamforming is the technique that permits to attenuate or increase the sound coming in a particular direction, it is in other word a way to estimate the power coming from a particular direction. It is therefore also used as direction of arrival estimator (DOA), and thus, signal source localizing. For this project, I have tried to come up with a robust and efficient design that allows DOA estimation of source signals and attenuates the noise coming from any others directions than the steering vector in real time using MATLAB.
