Numerosity estimation impairment measurement system for diagnostic/prognosis of a neurologi- cal disorder comprising an electronic display device configured to present 3D scene representa- tions/images comprising a plurality of 3D virtual visual stimulus to be evaluated; a 3D scene gen- erating device configured to provide 3D scene representations/images comprising the plurality of 3D virtual visual stimulus to the electronic display device; an electronic input device configured to receive a user input representing a user indicated numerosity of the presented plurality of virtual visual stimulus of the 3D scene representation/image; electronic storage means configured to store a predetermined numerosity of the plurality of 3D virtual visual stimulus and the user input representing the user indicated numerosity; electronic calculation means configured to determine a numerosity estimation impairment by determining an overestimation in numerosity estimations by the user using the predetermined numerosity and the associated user input representing the user indicated numerosity.
