Herein, we report a structurally distinct carbodicarbene ligand, which is formed by dinitrogenative coupling of a Fischer carbene complex with an N‐heterocyclic diazoolefin. The resulting carbonyl complex serves as a stable source for the mixed Arduengo‐Fischer carbodicarbene ligand.
