Among these properties, the activation of the two last ones is triggered by the existence of a fault detected by a built-in self-test mechanism. The goal of our paper is to implement such test mechanisms in the bio-inspired configurable circuits in order to make them self-testable and self-repairable.Self-Testable and Self-Repairable Bio-Inspired Configurable Circuitstext::conference output::conference proceedings::conference paper
