The advantage of the proposed method lies in the possibility to track a stochastic signal and compensate the hysteresis in real-time. Experimental results show a reduction of the RMS tracking error by 67 % to 90 % by using the compensation algorithm designed.Nonlinear SytemsMechatronicsModeling and SimulationReal-time compensation of hysteresis in piezoelectric-stack actuator tracking a stochastic referencetext::conference output::conference proceedings::conference paper
