We report dissociation-degree measurements as function of gas throughput, microwave power and oxygen fraction. A dissociation degree of more than 80% has been achieved for a gas input up to about 6 mbar 1/s.A high-flow hydrogen dissociator based on a surface-wave dischargetext::journal::journal article::research article
