An automatic offset compensation scheme is proposed for the DDA structure. A digital successive approximation algorithm is implemented to reduce the offset input voltages. The proposed circuit has been fabricated and tested in a 0.8 mu m CMOS technology.Auto-zero differential difference amplifiertext::journal::journal article::research article
