The technique is used to build an LDMOS Z-LINC system. The maximum output power and PAE measured at 900 MHz are 9.3 W and 70 % with a size reduction of around 50 %. PAE at 3 and 6 dB power back-off are 63 % and 45 % respectively.ChireixLINCoutphasingpower combiningpower amplifierLDMOSA 10-W modified LINC Power amplifier with a reduced-size Chireix Power Combinertext::conference output::conference proceedings::conference paper
