The advances made in the fields of representation and visualisation, and in particular the progress made in virtual reality, lead us to wonder what added value this technology can bring to the world of construction. This project will consist of the static analysis of a school in Fribourg, Switzerland, and then representing the calculations on a 3D model for visualisation in virtual reality. This will be followed by an exploration of the different techniques and possibilities that VR has to offer to the construction world. The main advantages that VR offers are a better visualization of projects, whether it is for constructive details or for the building as a whole. It also allows a good anticipation of unforeseen events that may be encountered during the construction process. In addition, VR is interesting for the different parties involved in a project, whether it be the engineer, the architect, the construction company or the owner. In conclusion, this technology has already proven its value in other fields and the construction field would benefit from integrating the use of VR in its projects.Analyse du comportement d’une structure avec application des techniques de la réalité virtuellestudent work::master thesis
