Abstract
The hydrodynamics were examd. of a multichannel (340 channels) tubular microreactor by exptl. detn. of the residence time distribution (RTD) using Ar or He in N2 and by theor. modeling. The dispersion was caused primarily by the laminar velocity profile and mol. diffusion, as well as by the velocity difference between channels. [on SciFinder (R)]
