Abstract
The first 1H NMR measurements are reported that allow on to compare T2 decay rates under free precession with T1p decay rare of spin-locked in-phase and antiphase coherence. Measurements were make for the cyclic undecapeptide cyclosporin A and for the self-complementary duplex B-DNA docecamer d(CGCGAATTCGCG)2. [on SciFinder (R)]
