The preparation and behavior of titanium/gold/plumbic oxide anodes
1982
Abstract
Ti/Au/PbO2 electrodes were prepd. and their stability in H2SO4 (2-12 mol/dm3) was studied. Incorporation of a Au layer between the Ti substrate and the PbO2 decreases the resistance of the electrode. The corrosion of an anodically polarized electrode increases with H2SO4 concn., esp. >8 mol/dm3 H2SO4. [on SciFinder (R)]
