Résumé

Replacing aging civil infrastructure is expensive and not sustainable. Certain civil infrastructure also are landmarks which cannot be replaced. Reserve capacity estimation is useful for decision making regarding repair and replacement of structures. We improve estimates through measurements and system identification.
