Ultrasensitive Plasmonic Fano Sensor Enables Seeing Protein Monolayers with Naked Eye
2011
Abstract
By exploiting plasmonic sub-radiant dark modes, we demonstrate ultrasensitive biosensors with record high figure of merits (FOM similar to 162). We also show direct detection of single monolayers of proteins with naked eye using associated fundamental Fano resonances.
