Strommarktliberalisierung, Lenkungsabgaben und Atomausstieg: Aktuelle Herausforderungen für energieökonomische Simulationen am Beispiel des ELECTRA-Modells

The liberalisation of electricity markets brings challenges for energy economic modelers. When simulating policy instruments, results are sensitive to assumptions about market regulation. The ELECTRA framework combines a top-down computable general equilibrium model and a bottom-up electricity supply model via soft coupling. It is able to simulate under different assumptions concerning the regulatory environment.
