Abstract
An integrating sphere for measuring quantum yield comprises a sample holder, for example a capillary (7) adapted to be placed in a quartz tube (12) comprised in the sphere, an inlet opening for introducing an excitation beam (10), and an outlet opening for outputting a measurement beam, wherein the sphere has a diameter equal to or less than 5 cm.
