Laser induced photocurrent transients and capacitance measurements on nanocrystalline TiO2 electrodes

The laser induced photocurrent transient and capacitance measurements were used to study the charge carrier sepn. and charge transport in single-crystal porous TiO2 electrodes. The fast photocurrent component was due to the transport of free electrons through the electrode.
