An action-oriented tool-kit to assess the good practices of skilled migrants and scientific diasporas

This tool-kit offers a methodology designed to assess the good practices of scientific diasporas and it provides concrete examples of Colombian, Indian and South African scientists and skilled professionals in Switzerland. This is a useful guide for the diverse stakeholders who wish to promote brain gain, by encouraging them to facilitate positive synergies involving scientific diasporas as development partners.
