Cavity-backed slot array antenna in substrate-integrated waveguide technology

A slot array placed on the face of a cavity realized in substrate-integrated waveguide technology is presented. Guidelines to design similar antennas are provided. The design has been done with the help of commercial software. The result is a low-cost, directive array antenna with a single feeding microstrip-line.
