Abstract

A fundamental research on cementitious materials at a Nanocem consortium comprising 21 academic and 11 industrial partners from 11 European countries is discussed. The research programme of the network consists of three core projects which includes hydrate assemblages containing C-S-H and organo-aluminate interactions. The aim of the hydrate assemblege containing C-S-H is to define the hydrated phase assemblages occuring in hydrated portland cement based systems including supplementary cementitious materials (SCM). The research is carried out with the limited means of the research group on local raw materials.
