Theory of thermal unimolecular reactions. Calculation of strong collision rate constants in the low pressure limit

Strong collision rate consts. for thermal unimol. reactions in the low pressure limit are calcd. with a new and more rigorous model. Various potential surfaces are considered in order to det. the sensitivity of the calcd. rate consts. to uncertainties in the centrifugal potential. Model calcns. are performed for the FNO, ClNO, INO, H2O, NO2, and O3 systems.
