Abstract

Pamphlet Vol. 02 is based on the spring 2008 semester-course held by the studio ALICE at EPFL. The Lighthouse Project is constituted through a series of small city houses dispersed through metropolitan London, forming a virtual network of social attractors containing specific public programs.
