Digital Holography and Three-Dimensional Imaging

Quantitative phase signal (QPS) provided by digital holographic microscopy has permitted to investigate Cellular Membrane nano-Fluctuations (CMnF), of red blood cells as well as to perform an optical measurement of cell electrical activity.
