CLEO: Science and Innovations

We experimentally demonstrate tunable ST-packets carrying both time- and longitudinal-varying OAM by synthesizing temporal and spatial frequencies of a comb. A measured local OAM value is shown to change every 0.87 ps and/or 10 cm.
