Implementation of the INTERNODES method for contact

This semester project deals with the implementation of the unpreconditioned linear direct solve in C++ as a part of the FEM library Akantu [4] of the Computational Solid Mechanics Laboratory (LSMS) at EPFL. Based on the reference code, a Python re-implementation has first been developed interfacing with Akantu.
