Harmonic Holographic Microscopy Using Nanoparticles as Probes for Three-Dimensional Cell Imaging
2009
2009 Conference On Lasers And Electro-Optics And Quantum Electronics And Laser Science Conference (Cleo/Qels 2009), Vols 1-5
We demonstrate the three-dimensional imaging capability of harmonic holographic microscopy by using the second harmonic generation from BaTiO3 nanoparticles as the signal. Three-dimensional distributions of the BaTiO3 nanoparticles in biological cells are recorded without scanning. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
