Computational aspects of the study of biological macromolecules by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy

Computer-supported anal. of two-dimensional correlation spectra encounters a no. of obstacles which are due, in the simplest case, to insufficient digital resoln., and, in more severe cases, to fundamental ambiguities in multiplet patterns. Various strategies are discussed involving selective two-dimensional expts. that are designed to circumvent these limitations and lift ambiguities. [on SciFinder (R)]
