This report presents the conjoint work carrying out by Laurent Drouet and Marc Vielle (the GEMINI-E3 team, REME) and Maryse Labriet and Richard Loulou (the ETSAP-TIMES, KANLO team) in order to build a master program which drives the coupling of the top-down model GEMINI-E3 and the bottom-up model ETSAP-TIMES.
