IFIP VLSI-SoC 2006: IFIP WG 10.5 International Conference on Very Large Scale Integration & System-on-Chip

Novel approaches for the development of integrated molecular analysis tools have been tested. A label-free method for molecular detection and characterization based on UV absorbance have been applied and two technologies of silicon photodetectors arrays have been selected to fulfill the requirements of the different applications.
