Pseudoproline-contg. peptide MeCO-Pro-Pro-Pro-Xaa-Pro-Val-Xaa-Pro-Pro-Pro-Pro-OH [Xaa = Ser(yProPh,H) = 2(S)-phenyloxazolidinyl-4-carboxylate] was synthesized and its conformation was examd. by CD spectroscopy. Its inhibition of the Grb2-SH3 domain was tested. [on SciFinder (R)]
