On-chip green laser sources are essential for integrated photonic circuits and quantum technologies, particularly to address the “green gap” in semiconductor lasers [1]. Frequency-conversion-based green light generation methods such as third-harmonic generation, optical parametric oscillation, and second-harmonic generation (SHG), have shown great progress in the last few years, although the output power is still limited mainly due to low efficiency or low damage threshold.
