Novel Optical Instrumentation for Biomedical Applications III
The ability of digital holographic microscopy (DHM) to provide both amplitude and phase images of a specimen makes it a convenient tool for cells analysis and recognition. Practical applications are demonstrated on pollen particles. © 2005 SPIE and OSA.
