Product and process modelling in the building industry

The organization of refurbishment is a complex problem involving both physical and social constraints. Our purpose is to develop a computer aided tool to schedule renovation tasks. This paper presents an original methodology to generate and schedule renovation tasks according to constructional constraints and following a given strategy corresponding to organizational choices of planners. This research was supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation (FNRS)
