Implementation of HV Multiplexer for Actuation of Dielectric Elastomer Actuators

Jungius, Ruben
June 7, 2024

For the actuation of DEA and the potential of self-sensing, high controllable voltages and measurement of those are required. As systems tend to be big, expensive or not capable of measuring feedback of their inputs, a new solution in the form of the HV Multiplexer was developed at the LAI at EPFL. This Thesis advanced the project and had as goal to asses its feasability for actuation as well as its use for self sensing.
